Billing
Invoices and payments
Download receipts, invoice PDFs, and full payment history.
Every credit purchase and every hosting charge produces a record you can review later. They live on the Billing page.
Credit purchases
On the Credits tab:
- Recent transactions list (on-page): purchase, usage, bonus, refund events, with the balance after each event.
- Payments table: every credit purchase, sorted newest first, with amount and invoice link.
Subscription charges
On the Subscriptions tab:
- Each subscription row has a ⋯ → Payments entry that opens a modal.
- The modal is a paginated list of every invoice for that specific subscription.
- Click Download invoice on a row to get the PDF.
Stripe receipts vs invoice PDFs
Two different documents, both available:
- Stripe receipt — emailed automatically after every successful charge. Good enough for most expense reporting.
- Tax invoice (PDF) — a formal invoice (Billingo-generated for EU / Hungarian VAT where applicable). Downloadable from the Payments views.
If you need a tax invoice for a specific payment, use the Download invoice button on that payment row.
What’s on the invoice
- Your billing details (from the Stripe portal — update them there).
- The charge (credits pack name, or hosting subscription cycle).
- Subtotal, VAT (where applicable), total.
- Invoice number and date.
- PageFork’s billing details.
Updating billing details
Invoice details come from your Stripe customer profile. Update them via the portal:
- Billing → Account page → Update billing info, or
- From the Subscriptions tab → Manage All in Stripe.
Changes apply to future invoices. Already-issued invoices can’t be retroactively changed, but we can issue a correction on request — contact support.
